Telehealth pelvic floor physiotherapy after hours

Quick Consult

In a quick telehealth pelvic floor consult, the physiotherapist helps you understand your symptoms, provides short-term management strategies, and guides a treatment pathway, including suggestions on which healthcare providers to review for ongoing follow-up.

Initial Consult

The physiotherapist will take a detailed history to provide a clinical diagnosis and discuss the most appropriate evidence-based treatment options.

These may include pelvic floor muscle retraining, bladder and bowel management strategies, pain relief techniques, manual therapy, education, and graded exercise programs to support daily activities, work, or return to sport.

A personalised treatment plan is developed, outlining recommended session frequency, home exercises, and expected progress over time. If needed, your physiotherapist may suggest referrals to other health professionals (e.g., GP, gynaecologist, urologist, colorectal specialist, pain specialist, psychologist, or dietitian) to ensure comprehensive care.
