Do you ever feel like your pelvic pain is
getting away from you?

When you experience persistent pain, what you're carrying is often more than just abdominal cramps and stabbing pain.

It's also the experience of being gasslit into thinking that maybe the pain is exaggerated or embellished, and not I don't need to drink water, and no panadol does not help. I'm anxious, maybe in general, but more often that not its about managing my pain, not missing work, or study or missing a social event

Your pelvic pain, explained:

You don’t have to live like this.
You were just told you did.

Living with persistent period or pelvic pain shouldn’t be this hard to get help for. Most women we see have already been to multiple clinicians and been told to “see how it goes” or “come back if it worsens.” It often leaves them wondering if the pain is in their head, simply because no one has clearly explained what’s going on.

The pain isn’t “in your head,” but it isn’t purely physical either. It’s shaped by the nervous system and influenced by stress, thoughts, past experiences, and your sense of safety. It can also shift depending on support, trust in care, and hope for change. Many women end up just trying to cope day to day with pads, heat packs, or medication.

The good news is this can change. Pain is not fixed — the nervous system can be retrained, with the right guidance and time.

At Pelvic Health Hub, we’re pelvic floor physiotherapists working with chronic pelvic pain, fear, and loss of confidence. We offer telehealth so you can be seen during a flare or before one starts.

What can a telehealth appointment do for my pelvic pain?

Pelvic floor physiotherapy plays an important role in managing endometriosis-associated pain. Treatment from a pelvic floor physiotherapist isn’t limited to in-person care and may include:

  • Pain science education to understand the role of the nervous system in pelvic pain and how to reduce its impact

  • Bladder and bowel education and strategies for common symptoms such as urgency, frequency, and painful bowel movements

  • Strategies to manage symptoms during flare-ups and returning to activity

  • Physical assessment of the pelvic floor muscles and manual therapy

  • Pelvic floor exercise prescription (best to be face-to-face)

  • Breathing and nervous system downregulation strategies to reduce pelvic floor tension and address sensitisation

  • Individualised exercise programs to reduce pelvic pain
